Do you offer gift collections as well as individual co-branded items?
Yes, the products and service we offer is bespoke to meet your brief. We work with clients who may require a bulk quantity of a single co-branded item, as well as clients who want a collection of products. Our team can help you with ideas, design and branding, colour schemes and options available to meet your objectives and budget. Multiple gift items can be sent to you in bulk for your own distribution, or packed into gift boxes, tote bags, back packs etc - sometimes the packaging is an integral part of the gift.
Do you offer other items which are not featured on the website or in the LookBooks?
Our range is extensive and continually evolving as new products are launched. We also work to your own suggestions if you have a particular product in mind. Please ask us for suggestions.
What are the lead times?
From confirmed order and artwork approval, please allow at least 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. Some products have a shorter lead time and can be delivered within 2 weeks, please let us know your deadline so we can suggest appropriately.
Please note: when quoting lead times, some supply chain delays are beyond our control which could extend production times. Stock levels are live and can fluctuate.
What are the co-branding options available?
Depending on the product required, we offer co-branding with print (either single colour or full digital print), embroidery, engraving to metal and other surfaces, debossing to leather or vegan leathers and foil blocking. For some products, we can also customise the packaging.
What about quantities and prices?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) will vary on individual products or gift collections. We are always happy to discuss your requirements. Quotes will be supplied based on quantity & co-branding options.
Can you provide visuals showing our logo on chosen products?
Yes, our Studio can prepare same day visuals, free of charge, for your consideration and approval before production.
Where and how do you deliver?
We can bulk deliver to your UK office or to individual addresses in UK. We use tracked couriers or dedicated drivers. Overseas shipping restrictions limit international deliveries, so please make sure you mention your delivery destinations early in the planning process. We also offer a staggered delivery service with storage which is popular for onboarding campaigns.
Do you offer storage?
Yes, we can offer a storage for a fixed short term, small charges apply.
What’s your view on sustainability?
It is our belief that gifting should be responsible, with items and packaging sourced to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. We work to our client’s brief and encourage items which have good providence and credentials. Many of the products we recommend are UK made, recycled or from B Corp accredited businesses. If you are considering gift collections, we encourage the premise that 'less is more' and would recommend spending on fewer but more premium items, with value and longevity.
